Ideally, we would want someone with some leadership experience in another P&C commercial insurance agency or as an underwriter. This is one within a group of companies under an investment group led by a current President and team managing the group of companies. Depending on your experience and expertise, we may place you as a Director/GM of the company with the potential to be promoted to President. But, we are open to options.
