Insurance Information Exchange ("iiX"), A Verisk Analytics Business, is looking for an Inside Sales Representative in our Bryan, TX office.
Role Responsibilities
We sell a suite of business services used in employment background screening and insurance underwriting reports. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will mostly respond to "warm" customer inquiries, and make occasional outbound calls to new prospects and existing customers. You will be expected to:

- Utilize a consultative approach to recommend business solutions considering customer needs and iiX interests
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all your activities in Salesforce as well as proprietary systems
- Quickly build rapport with single decision makers within small and mid-sized businesses.
- Qualify a customer completely and discover additional needs
- Collaborate with Account Executives on larger opportunities
- Move seamlessly between the two product lines for which you'll be responsible
- Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's Degree
- 1-2 years of sales-related experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Strong verbal and oral communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Drive to exceed given goals and objectives
