I have a client in Houston looking for an EIT - can be Civil or Mechanical - between 0 (literally fresh out) and 3 years of professional experience. They design Water/Wastewater Infrastructure and also do Water Resources projects, so this person would HAVE to demonstrate the intent to work in this line of work, specifically.
