Looking for an Experienced Construction Estimator to calculate costs and gains of construction projects.

Experience with construction estimating
Basic understanding of accounting and project management concepts
Deep understanding of research methodology, data analysis and estimation metrics
Excellent knowledge with the Timberline or HCCS HeavyBId software
BA/BSc in engineering, construction science or field experience will be a plus

Pay is 60K-85K
