Looking for a Civil Engineer who can review 3rd party proposed and existing construction projects. We have land rigs building built and need someone who has experience with road building, encroachment and pathway experience who can review and evaluate 3rd party's plans. These will be built over pipelines so any experience in this field will be considered.

Long term contract with a pay ranging fro $30 to $40 per hour
40 hours per week with some overtime
Licensed not required with 5-10 years experience
Really need someone with experience in design and construction of utilities and roadways associated with commercial and industrial development and highways and roadways.
