ABOUT THE POSITION:
We are looking for someone to assist with client service and daily workflow in a large financial advisory and wealth management practice. This position will consistently follow high standards of business and professional ethics and legal and regulatory requirements when dealing with others and/or performing work activities. We are interested in someone who would like to grow with our expanding practice.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
High level of client contact via phone & email.
Provide client service and resolve issues as they arise.
Provide ongoing support to advisors and other team members:
o Client service, care, & follow up.
o Meeting preparation.
o Client correspondence.
o Create and maintain systems.
o Schedule appointments.
o Filing and scanning.
o Data entry.
o Prepare & process applications and paperwork.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
College degree or higher.
2+ years of industry experience.
Already have or be able to study and pass exams for federal and state licenses and registrations for securities, including Services 7, Series 66 and State life, accident and health insurance licenses.
