Entry Level Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls
Take customer orders over the phone
Organize and schedule appointments and events
Write and distribute email, correspondence, letters, and forms
Assist in preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Develop and maintain virtual filing system
Order office supplies
Manage and update social media accounts
Assist in general office/store day to day operations
Requirements:
4-year degree or high school degree with similar work experience
Working knowledge of office equipment
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
