Our client is hiring a Business Development Manager who will work remotely from your home in Houston, Texas. The desire to contribute to the success of an organization while maintaining a positive attitude is essential. This full-time, salaried + bonus position will build market position by locating, developing, defining, and referring client relationships.

Responsibilities Include:
Locates potential clients by discovering and exploring opportunities particularly within charitable organizations, home owners associations, and mortgage groups
Screens potential interest by understanding needs and potential and relaying value company
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

Requirements:
College Degree
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel in particular)
5 years' experience in business development/sales
Company will pay for you to get your insurance license

The main focus of the job will be marketing. You're going to be on one of multiple levels...and by one, I mean the bottom one. But if you can just recruit...uhh...I mean...hire...6 of your friends, you can move up to the next level of this multiple level...company.
