For the last 4 years I've been an in-house lobbyist for a large independent oil & gas company. We recently announced the sell of our assets, and I fully expect to be laid off late summer/fall. I live in Denver, but I'm looking to move home (family reasons). Before Denver I worked in D.C. for 10 years (5 in Congress focusing on agriculture and lobbied for 5 years in mining/o&g). I'm keeping my options open to anything as policy/lobbying jobs are limited in Amarillo. Class of '05 with a BS in Ag Development/Ag Economics. Thanks in advance.

Ever think about getting into commercial banking? I know of an entry level position, but in a few years you'll be a full-fledge commercial lender making decent money by panhandle standards.
