I'm working on some JV beaks with them right now.
I like the people there. One thing I have noticed is headquarters make all the decisions. Not much authority at the local level.
That is my observations from working on two projects. Their Houston office is really nice.

I posted on this a few weeks back and was given good insight. Do a search for BHP and it should pull up. Most of the feedback was positive.
Seems like you would be signing on to get downsized given they are selling all of their onshore assets. It's a very bureaucratic company that likes to shuffle people around.
