The company I work for is looking to hire a sales and office admin in West Austin. We are a finance company, so some understanding of the retirement industry is good, but not essential. Some of the duties are office admin, including binding presentation books, shipping, ordering supplies, etc. The sales admin part of the position is working with our advisors to process contracts, and ensure accuracy on presentations and client facing materials.
