As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responding to customer inquiries as well as making outbound calls to new prospects and existing customers. We sell a suite of business services used in insurance underwriting reports and employment screening. You will be expected to:
- Utilize a consultative approach to recommend business solutions considering customer needs and iiX interests
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all your activities in Salesforce as well as proprietary systems
- Quickly build rapport with single decision makers within small businesses
- Qualify a customer completely and discover additional needs
- Collaborate with Account Executives on larger opportunities
- Move seamlessly between the two product lines for which you'll be responsible
- Occasional attendance at trade shows representing iiX Employment Products
- Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's Degree
- 1-2 years of sales-related experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Strong verbal and oral communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Drive to exceed given goals and objectives
