Role:

The Senior FP&A Analyst will be responsible for the financial support of a $130M P&L within the Projects & Automation Solutions business in the Latin America Region (LAR) along with the East U.S. to ensure regional financial goals are met while complying with corporate policies and procedures. He/she will also partner with the Americas Finance Leader to drive implementation and adoption of Tableau in the global PAS organization, a $1.3B P&L.

Qualifications:

Must be fluent in Spanish
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
7+ years of in-depth forecasting and financial analysis experience (P&L, BS and CF).
3-5 years' experience in project accounting (POC).
Solid computer skills with emphasis on Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Access), Hyperion and SAP.
MBA or Public Accountant a plus.
Must be self-motivated, results-oriented and able to work with tight deadlines.
Ability to communicate with and influence management team.
Business partnering and team building skills.
Ability to drive process improvements.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong knowledge and application of GAAP.
Time management, organization, and prioritization skills.
