The Koch Insurance Group is an independent insurance agency focusing on business insurance that has been located in the North Houston area for the last 13 years. We have an immediate need for an experienced commercial account manager and are looking for a few good candidates. DUTIES
  • Receive and process client policy activities such as new policy on-boarding, policy endorsements, audits, certificates...etc.
  • Assistant in client renewal process.
  • Confirm accuracy of certificates issued.
  • Assist in claims processing.
  • Maintain and audit client accounts for accuracy.
  • Work closely with the sales agents to ensure smooth client on-boarding and service.
  • Maintain relationship with clients and carrier contacts.

EDUCATION
A high school diploma is required, although a bachelor's degree is preferred.

EXPERIENCE
1 year of commercial insurance account management experience is required
Prior AMS 360 experience a plus

LICENSES
Must have an active Texas General Lines P&C Insurance

COMPENSATION
Salary plus health benefits. Salary based upon experience
