I can help with some basics - and point you towards various resources.

However, the key thing I found was I was better suited as the #2 guy in someone else's business than the #1 in my own. Wish I figured that out earlier in my career

If you're doing a startup with friends how do you determine each role and how much each person will get paid when cash flows starts coming in?
