You're about six months late to the internship search... I'd suggest just getting a summer job that might line up with your background and eventual degree. I would've said Sanderson Farms for B/CS if you would've posted this A LOT earlier.

Are you required to have an internship to graduate?

I did mine at the Brazos County Health Dept in their Environmental Health Services office. It was unpaid. I might be able to get you into contact with them.
