Yes of course. I just wanted to be cautious as I over stepped my boundaries for Tex Ags without realizing it.

Realtors and Real Estate Investors contact me when they want to buy a property

Change the land use
Add on to the property
Want to build an ADU
Want me to check facts
Verify easements, deed restrictions
Subdivide he Property
Need help Dealing with the City process

Any question really about development or a property I research and provide professional reports to clients.
