Small commercial real estate & project management services firm is looking for an experienced person familiar with the Commercial Real Estate, Architecture, Engineering or Construction industries to perform proposal writing and marketing assistant duties on a part time basis.
The person must have a superior written and verbal command of the English language. Excellent graphic arts skills in developing charts, graphs, enhancing and modifying images. Experience in maintaining and populating websites and social media accounts. This person must be reliable, responsive, and be able to work independently from home. Computer, Software, Cell Phone allowance & Internet allowance can be provided or rolled into your rate.
Primary responsibilities will include; updating and maintaining our marketing materials, resumes, preparing proposals in reponse to requests for qualifications, request for proposals and requests from teaming consultants for our materials in customized formats, managing our website & social media accounts. Coordinating head shots of our employees with an outside photographer.
Position is part time. We anticipate the work to range from 12-24 hours /week.
We would prefer that the person reside in DFW area, so that we could meet on a monthly basis in person, not a deal killer, if you are not.
Requirements: BS in English, Marketing, Graphic Arts, Fine Arts or related field. Minimum of 7 years of prior experience performing similar duties in the Commercial Real Estate, Architecture, Engineering or Construction industries. Must know MS Office, Power Point, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat DC, and other Adobe Creative Cloud software. Familiarity with Dropbox and other file sharing solutions.
This position requires no travel.
