Job Summary

The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and assisting the SVP with daily tasks associated with researching, creating and implementing retail recruitment strategies to the firm's national base of clients. The coordinator will also be responsible for preserving a high profile in an industry that encompasses municipal government, chamber of commerce and economic development agency officials and staff; retail developers and brokers; and national, regional and local retailers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
Maintaining a thorough knowledge of all facets of The Retail Coach's services and products.
Interacting with SVP on a daily basis to energetically fulfill retail recruitment strategy and retailer and
developer recruitment assignments.
Assisting with scheduling meetings, presentations with clients, potential clients and industry organizations.
Assisting with retailer contacts and recruitment.
Assisting with lead generation through traditional business development approaches, existing business
contacts, industry organization memberships, trade events, corporate marketing support.
Scheduling prospect presentations, industry webinars and industry event speaking engagements throughout the United States.
Developing and presenting proposals that are customized to each prospective client.
Developing recommended retail expansion and development strategies for clients based on market insight gained through research and onsite work in the community.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree - in marketing, economic development or business field preferred.
