The Bookkeeper participates in the function of FDA Quality and Regulatory Consultants (FDAQRC) by creating financial transactions and reports. The creation of financial transactions includes posting information to accounting journals or accounting software from such source documents as invoices to customers, cash receipts, and supplier invoices. The bookkeeper also reconciles accounts to ensure their accuracy.

1. Experience:
a. At least five (5) years of technical bookkeeping experience or good
accounting practices is required

Requires the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors. Sensitivity to confidential matters is required.

2. Education:

Associate's Degree in a related field to Accounting or Finance

Knowledge, skills and abilities in line with duties and responsibilities described above through positive references

Proficiency in the use of computers for business (MS Office [e-mail, word processing (including track changes), spreadsheets (including charts and graphs)

Quickbooks Online experience required
