Techbundle is an Agile based small business targeted IT support company in Bryan, Texas that delivers CIO and IT support services in an experience driven mindset to 10-250 technology user companies. We facilitate helpdesk, NOC, hands-on standards checks, consulting, and vendor relationships. Techbundle is looking to fill a position for a full time tier 3 Service Engineer, located in Bryan, Texas. This position is responsible for support, maintenance, and troubleshooting of core technology such as servers, switches, firewalls/routers, access points, workstations, phones, and printers. A successful candidate will be capable of diagnosing and providing timely resolutions to intermediate through advanced issues. This position works in conjunction with the rest of our service department, including daily stand up huddles to address outstanding issues. There will be travel involved in the immediate area and up to three to four hours away for some client satellite locations. A company vehicle is provided for on-site travel and work.

Primary Responsibilities
*Provide intermediate through advanced remote and on-site technical support for hardware and software systems, to include VOIP, print, and networking equipment.
*Work with professional services division to create a smooth transition of new technology implementation into client environments and provide feedback to CIO on issues experienced post-implementation.
*Perform scheduled maintenance tasks on technology infrastructure proactively.
*Work directly with clients on support tickets and requests.
*Handle escalations / assist tier two service engineers.
*Monitor NOC tickets such as hardware health alerts or networking error reports.
*Document changes or new knowledge into document management system.
*Using remote management tools to resolve issues and run/check scripts.
*Perform network troubleshooting for connectivity and/or DNS issues.
*Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation.
*Ensure client inquiries are responded to within service level agreement timeframes.
*Ensure client issues are handled in a professional, positive manner.
*Willing to improve skills and knowledge on a continual basis through training and certifications.

Primary Qualifications
*Ability to demonstrate very strong analytical and problem solving skills.
*Excellent written and verbal communication (spelling / grammar / capitalization on written tickets and emails).
*Experience working in a customer facing role.
*Strong working knowledge of deploying, administrating, troubleshooting, and resolving issues with:
1) Windows 7/Vista/10 systems in a domain environment.
2) Windows Server 2008/2012/2016 in a domain environment.
3) Networking knowledge of VLANs, ARP Table, ipv4, NAT, Firewall logic, DHCP.
4) Microsoft Exchange/365.
5) DNS as it pertains to hosting and Windows Server.
6) Virtualization through Hyper-V and VMware (ESXI and VSphere).

Requirements
*Must be able manage multiple tasks and communicate progress back to clients.
*Capable of translating complex technical issues into easy to understand concepts for clients.
*Work within a team environment and share knowledge, issues, and blocks on progress.

Education and Experience
*4+ years of technical experience with supporting solutions in a domain environment.
*2+ Years of network infrastructure and server support.
*Familiarity with Agile based methodology or processes a plus.
