A family friend was laid off and been out of work for a couple months now. Wanted to put out some feelers for him though the Aggie network even though he's a Tech grad.... Some brief info below.

Tech Petroleum Engineering degree - graduated in 2011
5 years of reservoir engineering experience
Currently living in Austin and are hoping to stay in the Austin area but open to opportunities throughout Texas, especially Houston and west Texas

I see a lot of job postings for reservoir compared to drilling so maybe he'll have any easier go than I had. Austin will be a tough bargain though will almost certainly have to move.
