How long after you submit application on Apply Texas do you receive your myNetID to then check AIS?

It takes a couple of business days for A&M to receive the application. It will then take a couple business days after receipt to email you your UIN so you can access your Applicant Information System (AIS) page. Then you create your NetID. This is the order and the process you can follow. The email will explain what to do.
