Any thoughts on the best options for going to law school part time in the DFW area?

Aren't there only two options? SMU or A&M in Fort Worth?

I believe UNT Dallas has something downtown. I believe if you have a pulse you can get in.

Are you sure you want to be an attorney? Huge commitment in both time and money. Saturated market with pay and benefits not being what they once were except in specialized areas.

Part time is four years while working and barely seeing your family (if you have one). Very tough thing to do

I did the night program at A&M but they ended it shortly after I finished. I believe SMU ended their night program as well. That's too bad because I worked full time and wouldn't have been able to quit and go to law school full time. Those schools may still have part time daytime programs though if that works for you.
