Does anyone have an actual way to contact someone at Nelnet?
Apparently my login doesn't work anymore, and in trying to fix it, their bull**** customer service told me:
"Thank you for contacting Nelnet.
In an effort to maintain the privacy of our borrowers, and in compliance with federal regulations, we are unable to assist any third party with accessing loan information. Please have the borrower call in to request assistance.
If you would like to make a payment on the borrower's account, please reply to this e-mail and we would be happy to provide you with the information you need to make a payment. You may also have the borrower set you up as an authorized payer online."
They already had me send in my driver's license, but apparently that does no good.
I've been paying this loan for years already. Wtf?
