My daughter was notified of a delay in making a decision until January. She is a senior in HS, 16.9%, 27 ACT.

Her first choice was engineering and received a notification of delay due to an extended application deadline resulting from Harvey.

Anyone else get this? I assume so. Didn't know if it was just the College of Engineering, or other ones, too.

This particular situation is College of Engineering

Everyone I know that received that had applied to C of Engineering. Bummer to have to wait but your daughter's stats look good! Best of luck!

Thanks for replies! She is anxious as all of her friends have been admitted to A&M, but they didn't apply to engineering.

There is a note on the New Student Conferences regarding the College of Engineering Delay due to Harvey. Not a lot of info, but it seems to be affecting many.
