My daughter will be an incoming Fish this fall, was hoping for some suggestions on meal plans.

Get the minimum allowed. Most people eat on campus much less than expected.

When our student was on campus, I believe she had one up from the minimum. IIRC, it worked out okay and she didn't have any meals left over. A lot of students are involved in activities and there is often food available.
