Lyndon Pryor '04 uses his life to help further develop students. However the political science graduate and recipient of a master's degree in higher education once doubted he would even graduate college. A program called ExCEL (Excellence uniting Culture, Education and Leadership) turned that all around.

ExCEL helped him find community at Texas A&M and helped him leverage his resources to succeed academically.

Pryor also sees ExCEL's influence on his own professional success. "ExCEL helped me become motivated and grounded," he said. "That program has opened so many doors for me."
