I am enrolled in FSTC 201 ( Food Science and Technology) because my advisor said it would be an easy course. But after looking over his opening week powerpoint and listening to his first lecture, it seems like it's going to be a largely chemistry and biology based course. My professor is Murano. Does anyone know anything about this course or this professor? I don't know if he's bluffing or if it really is a hard course and I should drop it ASAP?
