I didn't read it that way. She wrote "they were in the tent together for four minutes before the stabbing occurred". That statement without additional context could mean a lot of things (in both directions). I suspect the multiple witnesses will be able to recount the situation well enough to let us know the exact sequence.

It is possible there is not a qualified black (not struck) within the sum of the number of jurors needed plus alternates.

In my experience in jury selection, mostly blacks (but a few Hispanics), sought to be excused by claiming they could not be impartial, had a family member involved in the same type of crime or situation, lived too far from the courthouse, couldn't get a ride, etc.

Correct. There's no outcome to this trial that won't be radicalizing for white/other normal Americans. You're either going to see celebrations for getting away with murder, or riots over a guilty verdict.

Do we know if there video evidence of any physical contact? I think the "grainy" video discussed yesterday did not show anything. Curious if the state has evidence refuting this claim.
