Not a huge fan of bringing in left voices when making corrections to going way too far left. But once in office it may be wise to invite key (normal) democrats instead of minority leadership. Just bypass the establishment to talk with the couple folks who MAY be willing to play ball.

While I agree that Fetterman has been an enormous pleasant surprise in that he is not the leftist stooge I took him for, the Republicans have enough cushion in the Senate to offset Collins and Murkowski.

RFK gives both sides permission to question why we are so unhealthy compared to every other country. Why our foods are so contaminated with poison. Harold Ford Jr. is another democrat that kinda surprised me on election night during his Foxnews coverage. He seemed decent and thoughtful in his comments. Actually putting together analysis and congratulating Trump for the win, wishing him well.

Threads like this point out another difference between the left and the right. When someone on the left says something the right likes, they fall all over themselves to give the guy a high-level cabinet position.

When someone on the right does something the left likes, they pat them on the head, put them on an island, and only call on them when they are useful while promising to invite them to their parties. The end up friendless, alone and forgotten by the end of it all.
