There's millions that sound like you, vote for the lesser of evils, a vote for a 3rd party is a vote for Biden. I strongly suspect those millions will change their tune right when it's too late.

It doesn't take much, a handful of seats to gain power and start change. It's not about any one election or even the presidency. It will.be a slow process of we save ourselves. Just getting 3% gains funding for example.


Otherwise it's a vote for the eventual end. I'm not telling my daughter and grand kids I was too caught in a red vs blue team game to vote for real change outside the 2 party ride off the cliff like Thelma and Louise.

And BTW, a vote for Trump in 2016 was a vote for Biden or anyone not named Hilary in 2020. Here we are again, Rs didn't learn and will nominate Trump again. No I've said as much before. I voted for Biden in 2020. I won't do it again. But I still stand by my decision. Do I think we're doing well? No. Do I think trump would have done better? Also no.

I have zero faith in him being able to navigate a an economic crisis. I also have no faith in his ability to dig us out of a hole. I think both DeSantis and Haley would do better, but they weren't options in 2020.

As I have said. I respect your positions. I don't agree with your slamming the entire Republican party ( State, County, Federal level) because I know lots of good conservative office holders who have the same values as you and I, But I know of no Democrat office holders that share in my beliefs.
You make broad accusations of the entire party based only on the actions of Trump or a few Rhinos…So your constant bashing of "the party" can hurt the likes of the good county commissioners, or sheriffs or state senator or congressman, etc. that has voted for and supported the same beliefs that you and I have.
People have the right to cast a vote of their choosing and it is important that everyone does their research of each candidate that affects their lives…. That means not only on the federal level but also on the state, county, city, and even down to their local school boards.
Can you tell me who your state congressman is for your district? How about who your county commissioner or judge is? If you know those answers you are part of only 10% of the voters that do. Is that not sad?
But yet that other 90% complain about how things go in elections.
Certainly I don't agree with what every single Republican in the federal house and senate does….. but I feel that at all levels of our government…. Federal all the way down to my local school board ….. Republicans represent my beliefs better than anybody else at the present time.
I'm not going to throw my vote away to try to make a change on a few seats on the federal level over the next 25 years or so and risk losing the good guys we do have on our side….. especially on the state, county, city etc level.
In the big total picture there is more good than bad imho and I'm willing to support and vote for those good ones…… not totally abandon them because of Trump or a few bad ones. That's just my opinion and means little.
There are lots of little white crosses scattered all over this world in cemeteries of men and women who gave it all for our right to vote as we choose. Regardless of how a person chooses to cast his vote….. the important thing is he does take the time and effort to cast it for candidates on all levels of our governing entities…. As they all affect our lives.
