That's not the reason, 112 of 115 that were stolen were recovered. The national average is 58%. If you steal one you're not doing more than a joy ride.

I think one of the main issues here is that myself and everyone I know that drives ICE vehicles park our cars in dimly lit parking lots several miles from our homes each evening. We then take Uber back and forth from our homes to these parking lots.Quote:
