It would have been nice if whomever made that list put a news link to every single event.

Yeppers, I know.

Stole it from the one social media place I occasional frequent, that's why I put it here for an aggregate opinion, of which several folks would probably know. I apologize.

Don't do twitter, etc., this came from FB. It's very much a love/hate relationship. Love hearing from a few folks I haven't spoken to in 30 years, otherwise, I try to stay the hell off.

Saw it about five days ago.

I just looked up three at random and here is what I found:

Taylor Plant

Nestle Plant

Kellogg Memphis

Some have said it is not unusual and it is just getting our attention due to supply chain issues but it does seem extraordinary to me.

BTW, the Taylor plant in Salinas and the Azure Plant are listed twice in that list.
Hondo.

NFPA says there's about 37,000 fire calls to manufacturing and processing facilities every year. They're not all serious or total losses, but some are.

This is no different than the Seattle windshield pitting epidemic. This happens frequently, but more that attention had been drawn to it, the frequency is collectively overestimated. It's not an emerging trend. People just think it is because they've never noticed it before, despite it happening previously.
