So did FDA accuse Abbott of the problem forcing them to shutdown causing a shortage and after investigations it was discovered Abbott was not responsible? If so lol at government

Probably, they do do this even if unsure

Their is a racket where plants will get fines, warnings or even shutdown and can only restart after spending millions on consultants who used to work for the fda and are now retired a and private sector.

Happened to an Austin saline plant a few tears ago
