I know a lot of people that were fairly liberal in college and changed their tune once they got into the real world and started supporting a family.

I blame the boomers for a majority of the problems we have today. Socially, they opened Pandora's box with their free sex and hippie love, normalizing sexual perversion, where today the only thing left that is taboo is sex with animals and children. In government, which they have dominated for decades, they've set financial policies that have stolen trillions of dollars from future generations, all to finance their lavish lifestyles focused on today with no thought or concern about tomorrow. To hear them all complain about how our country is falling apart is truly laughable. Thank you boomers.

Yep. Pretty simple. My kids know that they will get zero help from my wife and I if they go the liberal arts route, and the second I hear any white privilege/brain-washed bullshat they are cut off. Pretty simple. Some people need to learn the hard way unfortunately.

I tell my kids I'm investing in their career, not paying for college. It's OK if they want to change their career path and then change majors, but the career is the goal, not the degree.

My 6 year old son has it all figured out....every time he sees Joe Biden....he says "Joe Biden cheated"....got it from his grandparents and we just laugh....who knows what he says in school

Its been attributed to Edmund Burke (who opposed democracy)

Francois Guizot who was a French Republican during the revolution

And even John Adams (who references democrats in his version) had an entirely different meaning in 1799
