Need to sue Joe Biden and several other super high profile people with large voices/audiences.

Imagine someone with millions or tens of millions of followers labeling you a white supremacist monster. These people need to pay. On top of the severe mental trauma you already suffer from the memories of that night, combined with the fact that you may be locked up for murder for the rest of your life, you have these media and Hollywood cretins putting a target on your back. His life will never be the same.

Anyone spouting blatantly incorrect facts to stir up negativity directed at Kyle is gonna have a problem. And there were a lot of folks doing that. Generalities, opinions, etc. are safer because the nazi DA pushed the case. But statements of fake facts that are not even close to being actual facts are very problematic

where they made a mistake was inaccurately stating facts that were easily verifiable like stating he took the gun across state lines which everyone has known was false for months and labeling him a white supremacist when they had no evidence to support it as none of the people he shot was even black.

those are going to be his lawyers' best arguments.

in that light, it makes sense he would give an interview expressing support for BLM whether he supports it or not.

I'd like to see him explore suing the social media giants. Colion Noir came out after the verdict and reminded everyone that right after the shooting he released a video analyzing the facts from a legal perspective and Instagram took it down saying they viewed the event as a mass murder and they were blocking any content friendly to the shooter. I get that it's their platform but their determination to block content that wasn't anti- Rittenhouse is a part of the reason so much of what was out there was lies. Only the liars were allowed to use social media to get their message out.
A fearful society is a compliant society. That's why Democrats and criminals prefer their victims to be unarmed. Gun Control is not about guns, it's about control.

I would say that news outlets that reported false facts like crossing state lines with a gun after the facts were known and outlets and individuals calling him a white supremacist are fair game.
