Why can Texas not sue California on the basis that ballots are mailed to previous California residents currently living in Texas? It seems like that premise would build a good case as to why mail-in ballots, except for requested absentee ballots, should be deemed illegal at a federal level. It is an interstate issue when you have thousands of ballots being mailed to god knows where and opening the opportunity for fraud. You would only have to find a single case where someone voted in two states or someone voted in the wrong state or something along those lines.

Seems like you could make something stick there. Maybe the legal minds on this board can tell me why I'm wrong. I know that voting laws are left to the states, but if you can make the case that it's an interstate conflict, federal courts have the final say.

Why bother with paper that could be questioned/lost/miscounted? This will let the communists just write algorithms and cut out the middle man (Dominion).

Mail in voting means disinterested or undecided and unmotivated voters can become Democrat voters in targeted areas with enough third party "get out the vote" funding to "help them vote the right way" in person, by hand, and make sure that ballot gets to the ballot box when maybe others don't as reliably. They know who doesn't vote actively in the past, where they are, and buy loads of individualized demo data and probably have every targeted disinterested Voter a customized package of whatever is needed to gather that vote from them. Hell, they may even know approximately when the ballot arrives on mailing routes:

I'd guess they are just angling for a judge-ordered extension to the deadline for returning mail-in ballots. Gives the Dems extra wiggle room for adjusting the vote count should they start to fall behind.

Mail in problems don't happen when you require people to show up at their precinct to vote except for rare circumstances.

Deadlines don't matter, laws don't matter, the count will continue until the desired result has been achieved.

Everyone needs to vote in person with an ID. The only exception is active duty military. That's it.
