Why not adopt the terms "immunized" and "non-immunized". They don't change. If you have a certain level of natural or vaccine induced protection you are "immunized". If not, you are "non-immunized".

Israel already did this to make the fully vaccinated go down from 86% of the ENTIRE COUNTRY to only in the 20%'s

It's like a registration sticker on your car. It expires after a year and you are not allowed to drive it anymore until you renew it. You will not be allowed out in public or hold a job unless you get your vaccine registration renewed every year.
