"Just say the election was corrupt and leave the rest to me and the R. Congressmen," Trump said at one point to then-Acting Attorney General Jeffrey Rosen, according to notes taken by Richard Donoghue, a senior Justice Department official who was on the call.

The election was stolen. But it was not really stolen on election day. It was stolen in large metropolitan areas by Mark Zuckerberg and others putting up unmonitored drop boxes that were susceptible to ballot harvesting. The widespread use of mail-in ballots was rife for fraud (even those Republican stalwarts Barack Obama and Jimmy Carter previously stated that mail-in voting was a back door for voter fraud). And it was stolen by Big Tech and Big Media, which censored any negative information about Joe Biden and in many cases censored right-leaning viewpoints in general. It was stolen in Pennsylvania when they ignored the parameters for conducting elections set out in their own state Constitution. I know, continued ballots coming in after Election Day, Dominion, water leaks, covering up windows to hide vote counts, the whole 9 yards. Banana republic stuff that I would expect out of the Left, but probably, in my opinion, not in and of themselves swinging enough votes to give Trump an electoral college win.

Once it was done, though, Trump needed incontrovertible evidence that there was widespread fraud in an amount large enough to overturn four states. When that did not happen, he needed to go to Georgia to ensure that we did not have a Democrat majority in both houses as well as the Presidency, a veritable loaded gun pointed at the American people. He didn't, he continued to make it all about himself, and instead we got January 6th wherein a few on the right adopted the longstanding tactics of the Left and engaged in violent behavior. Nancy and Chuck and Joe got the talking points they wanted.

Difficult to say just what they could have done or not, but the DOJ has been a farce concerning imposing any consequences on Left Dems and press for a long time. Probably at least since Holder's abuse of the office.

DOJ has just been a DNC arm since essentially --- Trump appointing Sessions skotched any chance of fixing it in 2017. One thing you can't say, is often chooses vital staff subordinates well.

I voted for Trump because he said he would drain the swamp. He instead appointed swamp politicians to important positions throughout his administration. Sessions, Barr, Fauci, Perry, and many others were either corrupt or incompetent to do their jobs. The Trump administration's failure to uphold the law gave Democrats total confidence that they could steal the election. DC Republicans controlled the presidency and Senate while Democrats attempted a treasonous coup and started domestic terrorism organizations that destroyed our country...zero Democrats were held accountable.

Barr looked the part. It still amazes that in the end he did not come through. He doesn't seem swampy---it looks more like fear, and knowing the mechanisms were so rotten he could achieve nothing. Perry? He did well by most takes, and played a role in the energy independence. Where has he undermined the 45 admin?

Perry signed Texas legislation that spent 7 billion dollars to buy windmills from China and integrate it into our grid. He then got on Foxnews blaming Democrats and their green energy initiatives. I don't think he undermined Trump because he just uses his talking points and did nothing.

I mean it was good that he pressed Rosen to say the election was corrupt. It was and the DOJ failed to do their job... again. No argument that Sessions was a disaster. Barr ultimately was worthless, but with the way he started out a lot of people were surprised by that.

Trump is guilty of being fooled by the republican party. The rino wing did everything they could to stymie Trump until the dimtard party could take control of congress. Paul Ryan is a sorry dog and gave a big middle finger, with a polite smile on his face, to the people who voted for Trump. President Trump sholuld get a do-over for the way he was treated.

Susceptible to ballot harvesting? Unmonitored drop boxes is ballot harvesting by definition.

Ballot harvesting is the practice of someone else picking up your ballot and delivering it to the election officials.

It's legal in most stores to at least some degree.

Ballot harvesting leads to voter intimidation, coercion, forgery, and potentially even bribery. It is a massive threat to voting integrity. Democrats have well-funded networks of community organizers who have been and continue to be heavily invested in ballot harvesting (see Stacey Abrams, Obama's ACORN, "card check" in union voting, etc).

The same holds true for mail-in voting, or anything other than an individual being present in a voting booth and voting in private at their registered precinct, upon presentation of a picture I.D. Once the direct "chain of custody" of a ballot is lost, the door to fraud opens up. From Alex Marlow: "The more people between the voter receiving the ballot and the voter turning it in, the more confusion, the harder to verify, and the easier it is to cheat. You can see why Democrats tend to love it. Legendary California Democrat Willie Brown wrote in August 2020 that "Democrats own the GOP in mail voting"".

Democrats used the threat of COVID to declare that voting in person was no longer safe. In so doing, they completely flooded the system with a much less secure system for voting. The old way of voting in which a legal voter who was civically engaged registered to vote in his or her district and then voted in person worked fine for decades if not centuries. In cases where such a person were not able to show up on Election Day (NOT Election Month, etc.), that person was able to petition and receive an absentee ballot and exercise his or her Constitutional right in that way. There was order. There was signature matching. There was a process to follow. Yes, the process favored those more civic-minded individuals within the system, but it also protected against voter fraud. Again, see the Republican stalwart Jimmy Carter's Carter-Baker Report, oft cited by the Supreme Court, declaring mail-in ballots "the largest source of potential voter fraud". No small declaration from that Commission.

Carter-Baker Report. Building Confidence in U.S. Elections

With respect to the drop boxes, Zuckerberg and his wife donated $350 million towards the 2020 election, the centerpiece being Drop Boxes. Read the article from National Peoples' Radio below and see how they highlight the "benefits" Zuck Bucks were reaped in Philadelphia, of all places. Please recall in my original post that Pennsylvania ignored its own state's Constitution and amended its election laws. Absolutely deplorable behavior, yet it was done in the light of day with the backing of the state's Court system.

National Peoples' Radio on Zuck's Ballot Boxes

It should come as no surprise that the Southern Poverty Law Center also purchased dozens of the drop boxes and placed them in Democrat areas as well.

SPLC Drop Boxes

Again, credit Alex Marlow and the research he did analyzing the 2020 election.

You can make the argument that ballot harvesting is fine. You can make the argument that left-leaning groups funding and placing unmonitored ballot boxes, largely in Democrat-heavy areas, is consistent with maintaining free and fair elections. You can argue that, where ballot harvesting was illegal, the presence of ballot boxes did not in fact make the process easier to accomplish. We just have a difference of opinions.

Barr was a traitor. He saw the national fraud being committed by Democrats and not only did nothing about but said the elections were safe and secure.

It's amazing how so many still don't get it.

It's pretty f-ing hard to "uphold the law" when the entire Justice Dept, FBI, CIA and NSA have been completely politicized TO THE LEFT by the prior administration under Barak Hussein Obama.

Trump was fighting alone, with FEW allies; and what he accomplished even despite that will never cease to amaze me: and I was a Cruz guy at the beginning.

Look no further than Chucky Schumer, who during the 2016 Election after Trump called out the Just Dept and all the above as corrupt, said paraphrasing . . . be careful, the NSA and FBI and all the rest federal "law enforcement" agencies have more power and unlimited ways to take you out.

Trump was likely the most honest person in DC, and did an amazing job.

Our Federal Government, including all Federal Agencies and sadly now Military Brass, are CORRUPT!

Statement by Donald J. Trump, 45th President of the United States of America
07/31/21

The corrupt and highly partisan House Democrats who run the House Oversight Committee yesterday released documentsincluding court filings dealing with the rigged election of 2020that they dishonestly described as attempting to overturn the election.

In fact, it is just the opposite. The documents were meant to uphold the integrity and honesty of elections and the sanctity of our vote. The American People want, and demand, that the President of the United States, its chief law enforcement officer in the country, stand with them to fight for Election Integrity and to investigate attempts to undermine our nation. Our country has just suffered an incredibly corrupt Presidential Election, and it is time for Congress and others to investigate how such corruption was allowed to take place rather than investigating those that are exposing this massive fraud on the American People.

The picture is coming together nicely. Starting November 4th, Trump was shopping around for a method to overturn the election.

He asked The DOJ to help him, who told him 'no', several times.

He asked VP Pence to help him, who told him 'no'.

He called State Secretaries of States to help him, who told him 'no' or didn't take his call.

He called State House Speakers to help him, who told him 'no'.

When nobody would help him, he holds a rally and directs his supporters to march down to the Capitol on the day the election was being certified by Congress.

At what point does his actions become traitorous?

Democrats work to lie about a virus that was released by China and does irresponsible actions, such as forcing COVID patients into nursing homes instead of the facilities with proper capabilities that was set up at the direction of the president. Then they lie about effective low cost treatments for the virus. These actions murdered tens of thousands Americans who should not have died from the disease. Then using the virus as an excuse they change election laws making it easier to cheat. Many of these changes were done without the state legislature, thereby making them illegal. Subsequent audits in Arizona, Georgia, and Wisconsin expose cheating or lack of accountability, which at a minimum puts their results in question. Corporate-government partnerships are used to censor information. Also, during the pandemic Democrats openly supported riots and attacks on government facilities including federal courts and the White House.

At what point do these actions become traitorous?
