Unless you have the world's greatest level of discernment and can correctly judge an entire situation in a split second, don't be so disingenuous. There was too much unknown to NOT stop someone evading.
If you aren't doing anything, then don't evade arrest. It's an easy concept.

CSPD was the motorcycle cop. UPD was the other one involved, that was trying to gain control over the guy on the ground. I'd be kind pissed if I was that UPD cop for having to fight the guy on the ground while CSPD stood there fumbling around for 10+ seconds trying to get his taser out.
The 48 hour rule should be mandatory.

Then your hear the initial officer pulled him over then he sped away. And the actively cutting around the turn lane. At that point you deserve to be tackled.
