Based on official numbers from the CDC it's actually 99.96% (actual number, not a joke) but if you take out people with significant underlying conditions then the rate is 99.98% like you said.

99.999% for kids under 18. And that's not correcting for underlying conditions and is the actual, factual rate for kids that have been infected by the virus.
