I'm right most of the time. I was right in 2016, I was right on the senators races, I was right about Cruz specifically. Right on DeSantis winning Governor. Want me to keep busting your ass?

We'll get more racist, women will lose their rights, gays will be in camps, and BLM will "matter" again.
Also, Code Pink will still be confined to the dustbin where they belong.

Admittedly surprised if he comes out and says he's the presumptive nominee. I still don't think he's going to run again considering how long away that is but, hell, I've been wrong many times before.

I've just figured he would snipe from the sidelines and maybe be a powerbroker from there.

There are hundreds of ways Trump could continue to build a legacy and have a positive impact.

If this is true, its not an example of one of them. Its the opposite of helpful.

Progressives will win more and more ground with this Trump bull in a China shop strategy.

But im not really convinced this story is true.
Agree 100% with you second statement. Trump is not going to have a positive impact on most elections. It's best he just fade away from politics.

There is a lot of good he could do for a cause he cares about. If he truly cares about the military, for example, maybe be can put his weight behind Wounded Warrior, for example. I'm sure there are plenty of other good causes he could support...

I really don't know why people think he won't run in 2024... I've already posted links where he said he was running..

Like it or not he will be on that primary ticket, and he's gonna win the primary... RINOS can keep wishing for something different to happen, but it won't..
There are a lot of Republicans/conservatives/libertarians, other than RINOs, that while thankful for the good he did, are ready to move on from Trump and the baggage he brings to the table.
Baggage? Any conservative that runs will have a mountain of baggage heaped on them by communists and it doesn't matter what particular flavor of conservatism they happen to espouse. The only one's that didn't receive their fair share of baggage were those who went along to get along and even they were unfairly vilified.

So spare me the "Trump has baggage" BS. Trump was the best thing to happen to this country since Reagan. I'm sorry you don't seem to get that. Maybe you are too young to remember Reagan.

you're an odd dude but i respect that you're actually on the ground and walk the walk when it comes to politics. last year it was pretty obvious you were too close to the action (both literally and emotionally) and were thus overly optimistic on wisconsin, pennsylvania, and the overall presidential race.

at least for now i don't see a reason why that's not still the case.

I'm fine with splitting the GOP. I want nothing to do with the ones who will stand by as the democrat destroys the country. That side of the GOP needs to understand their days are over.

dems love people who think this way
Maybe so, but whether the party destroying the country wins or the part of the GOP that stands by and watches the dems destroy the country wins we lose the country either way.

Trump will likely get his revenge on those "traitors" that voted to impeach/convict, but he will have to alter his strategy a bit.

He needs to endorse these people, not their opposition. That way he can be the kiss of death to them that he was to himself and the republican senators in Georgia.

Well that's a weird take, bro. I don't remember you bathing in liberal tears when Shrillery lost.

Let me type it out and see if it makes more sense...

"It's fine that 40+ EOs are changing things like illegals not screened for COVID flooding in, girls being forced to have boys in their locker rooms and killing 1000s of jobs because people are upset their guy lost".

No, still don't get that take. At all.

I'd expect no less from someone on the complete opposite end of the political spectrum. That's pretty much par for the course for most people heavy into politics though. Libs love the policies under a dem and repubs love the policies under a conservative. Each side also doesn't like it when the other is in charge. Nothing surprising really.

They love it, but they can't admit it so instead they focus on clowning anyone with an (R) next to their name. Biden is, and will continue to be, a huge clown show...but others will pull their punches because of party affiliation...while claiming to be moderate.

there's already plenty of buyers' remorse among biden voters, especially the further left segments. but there's a pretty big leap between being disappointed in the guy you voted for and wishing the other guy was in charge instead. i don't imagine you were pining for hillary when trump disappointed you.

It's not people like me or you that the parties have to worry about. It's the coveted "suburban white women" who are facing the realities of their vote. Their husbands losing their jobs because of the EO's the guy they voted for signed. Watching their sons move back into hostile territory because the guy the voted for is entwined in the war machine. Seeing the impact virtual learning is having on their children while Ol Joe is caving to the teacher's unions, rather than putting the welfare of children above all. And watching the years of work their daughters have put in to playing a sport going to waste as the guy who couldn't make the boys team suddenly tucking it and dominating the girls teams.

They're realizing mean tweets don't impact them like the pen of the guy currently in office. They're also seeing that racist Joe really didn't have a plan for COVID, and all he's doing is following the plan of his predecessor, but with more masks for longer.

Although I don't think he runs again, after four years of the Biden and likely Harris crapshow, America might be begging for the regulatory and foreign policy sanity and pre-COVID economy of Donald Trump.

Are we under the impression that there will ever be another fair election? I think the dems are pretty stoked about the changes to the elections that made it easy to manipulate the results, while insisting that anyone who questions the results is insane and seditious. I don't see the elections becoming more fair and transparent with the dems in power in Washington, media and big tech. I accept that Joe Biden is president and nothing will change that. I DO NOT accept the current rules regarding elections. Election reform should be the top priority for Conservatives. Dems should support this as well if they truly value unity. We conservatives don't want to be in doubt about our election but we can't help but look doubtfully upon our most recent election.

I was hoping he would buy out newsmax and take it mainstream, so that there would be at least one conservative run media outlet left.

ETA...if you think the Dems actually favor unity, you couldn't be more wrong, or more asleep. Unity to them means you shut the F up, if your opinion is not in lock step with theirs. Try to challenge their atrociously mindless crap policies? That's treasonous!

Most of their policies are so poorly thought out in terms of funding and consequences, it is like a 3rd grader made them up for the science fair. Oh wait....global warming...damn....I meant a 2nd grader.
