Georgia says one was conducted on 5 million ballots. I am curious as to what exactly a "hand recout" means.

If Powell is correct, the votes that were sorted in President Trump's pile, when run through the machine, would have registered votes for Joe Biden. Right?

Hand recount means they count all the same legitimate and illegitimate votes again. Audit is where they find illegitimate votes and toss them. Then recount.

Counting ballots is not the same as counting votes. So when Trump votes, and Jorgensen votes were put into the "Biden" pile of ballots, they were counted as for Biden.

Thus the goal posts are now moved. When the Dominion conspiracy theory is debunked(software skimming), simply introduce another one(ballot stuffing).
