  • Dominion Voting Systems are in fact auditable and are audited and tested regularly by multiple government agencies and independent third parties. All electronic devices used in the U.S. must be designed to be audited.

  • Dominion's system does in fact include a paper ballot backup to verify results. In fact, thousands of elections officials in Georgia just completed the largest vote recount in American history using the paper ballots produced by Dominion devices.

None of that statement is new news. All that above information was stated by Dominion weeks ago soon after Powell made her first appearance accusing them.

According to their statements, they have been. Routinely audited and tested by the federal and state government agencies. I guess a statement should be made about the audit of 2020 election, though probably nothing at this point is going to change anyone's mind who has totally bought into Sidney Powell's narrative.

2. Forensic inspection of voting machines/tabulators is a totally different thing than viewing the source code of the entire system which includes many more parts than just those two components.
3. Give me or any self respecting software engineer 2 hours with the source code and we'll tell you exactly where fraud occurred.

Objection - speculation. Sketchy affidavits from "experts" that can't keep Michigan and Minnesota straight aren't evidence. The affidavit admits they haven't seen Dominion data.

Any computer in the world could be corrupted hypothetically, where's the evidence it actually happened?

These are decentralized systems. The counties and states have all the hardware and software in their control. There is no secret server in Denver or Germany or anywhere.

Dominion and Smartmatic have never collaborated in any way? That is odd because in this article, Sean Dean, production manager of Dominion voting systems says the Dominion-Smartmatic partnership is strong.

That's total BS. There are many ways to protect their so-called intellectual property. I've handled similar litigation before. One of the reasons I was brought on a case once was because I was the only attorney they could find that had ANY experience with the C programming language. Unfortunately, the case settled before we really got into anything super secret.
