Correct. Pelosi even steamrolled Massachusetts giving Ted K's seat to Scott Brown an R trying to stop her Obamacare abomination. She broke the law and mis-used reconciliation to pass ACA without calling it a tax, which it ended up being called. She lied to pro-life Democrats that gave support on basis of protections. It will be very karma and proper if the SC throws that law down next month.
But in any case, a GOP tenure never gets that kind of solidarity and lack of defectors, or willingness to punish them. Only in judge appointments do they approach Dem solidarity on ranks---but Dems never have trouble with that either.
