Furlough seems to be the trend I'm seeing quite a bit. I don't really know the distinction. Anyone familiar on the difference for the employee and employer?

Your pay is cut in half for 30, 60 days. Depends on the length. Some let you keep your benefits etc. Better than a lay-off, but it might mean one is coming. Again, depends on the company/industry. Too many variables.

You know that raises an interesting question regarding Worker's Comp and OJIs under WFH protocols.
