Is it a hate crime when a Blood kills a Crip?

Ignore Baller and flag his posts. Arguing with him will get you banned.
C'est la vie.
You trolled for about two pages. You deserved a ban. And i deserved being banned for responding to your trolling. Be a man and own up to it.
You ignored me explaining myself and decided to keep taking things out of context.
It's amazing how leftists have crafted this narrative of hate crimes and racism skyrocketing because of Trump, but whenever we hear about a new one, it's either a hoax, or suspiciously occurs in a dem stronghold (like the "nazi" dude getting punched....in Seattle).4stringAg said:
Pretty clear that Smollett is a dyed in the wool activist which in and of itself is not a problem but it also gives him a strong motive for lying about a lynching incident to draw attention to his cause. Its also been shown by his tweets and social history that he viscerally hates Trump which again is his right but when combined with his story about "MAGA country" makes it more than a little skeptical.

You can look up "Dallas oaklawn gay beating/assault" and find countless examples of men getting beaten with bats or other stuff while homophobic slurs are being shouted.
Many times, they aren't even robbed.
Why are you so resistant to the existence of this? You sound so angry and defiant in your rebuttal. Why is it so difficult to just admit there are bad people who are homophobic?
I had no idea that even the disabled hated Trump.ballchain said:
If any of you aren't thoroughly convinced of Jussie Smollett's personal activist bias, I'm leaving this here for you...
ETA: Just watch it.

If you read up, I also said it's a hoax and The guy should have his career ruined.
Guess you forgot to read that part? Doesn't fit the narrative I guess.

Here is one example, of countless.

Is this a hate crime or do you still need more info?

The other suspect is a white female about 5'7" in her late 20s or early 30s with long brown hair. She was last seen wearing a dark denim jumpsuit with wedge shoes.

I said in my other post to you thst many of the beatings in oaklawn the person wasn't even robbed.
I guess you choose to not believe in the possibility of someone being beaten for who they are. That's your right, even if facts are hitting you in the face with wedge shoes.
I would quit addressing the other poster that you are currently engaging with on this matter...you're playing with fire. Just a heads up.Zombie Jon Snow said:BallerStaf2003 said:

and yet the one you chose as proof of hate crimes was a robbery.
and "many"????
In the article you started with it mentioned they were not always robbed of their wallets but did also mention some were robbed of their phones. I mean some people specifically want to steal phones - easier to sell for more cash than most people carry. It only specifically mentions 2 cases that were not robberies (of anything).
So I don't know about "many" just like your "more than 30" that seems an embellishment - which I get. As a result of the community talking about it, it becomes more evil and sinister if it is all hate crimes and not robberies. I'm not sure the facts support that.
Of course there are evil people - there always are and yes of course I'm sure some have been attacked for that. I just don't think based on the evidence here that we have some hate crime wave with a dramatic rise. What I think we have is some more reporting of them as hate crimes for a reason since 2016.
Have a good day.BallerStaf2003 said:Boo Weekley said:
There is no "epidemic" of violence against gays. Don't even listen to people who claim it's "dangerous" to be gay. I mean, it can be VERY dangerous, but not because of outsiders, because of the activity it usually entails.
You don't know what you're talking about. But let's just all pretend we do know despite all the evidence to the contrary.
And You're not playing with fire. I'm not protected by staff. If you derail you get banned. Quit being such a victim.
Urban Ag said:
Let's resolve this. Someone start a thread posing the question "is there an epidemic of violence against gays in America?"
There are a number of gay posters here. Invite them all to opine.
Someone will probably have to set ground rules on how "epidemic" is defined.
Two desired outcomes. First, we get educated on how bad this problem really is. Second, you knuckleheads get off this thread and continue your cat fight somewhere else.
Man, I'm not even gay and I know there's a problem with violence against gays. It's not even news anymore.BallerStaf2003 said:
Yeah, a victim, someone who whines about a perceived slight.
In this case, you're whining about staff. You're whining treatment is unfair by staff instead of being accountable for your actions. I admitted I deserved mine.
And nobody said there's an "epidemic" of gay beatings. You're speaking in hyperbole. It definitely does happen and you're living with a bag over your head if you think it doesn't.
oh get over yourself - the problem is you haven't shown facts despite consistently being asked and being shown the facts (like the creative wording that exaggerates those beliefs without facts) that negate your emotional beliefs.BallerStaf2003 said:
Right. It's mind blowing posters like zombie and boo are fighting this reality.
Then you show them the facts in their face and it's still not reality to them.
Give me a break.
She's not my girlfriend. If that's what you're asking.BallerStaf2003 said:
Maybe she took the wedge shoes off?
Surely you've been hit with a wedge shoe before.
Urban has the right idea. This attack that the OP was about is complete and total BS. If you want to discuss other cases then this is not the right thread. It's like CNN floating a story and saying IF THIS IS TRUE......BlueAg2003 said:
This is why we can't have quality discussions on here. We're too busy trying to debate extremes of epidemic vs. "there is no violence against gays". To pretend that it doesn't exist is just as asinine as presenting it is a national emergency. Live more in the middle folks.
