I get that, but unless a candidate can promise me 200K+ a year for being lazy, they ain't getting my vote. I assume these people are ok with making 40-50k a year? Because that would be what the free sh*t adds up to.

She may be stupid. She is definitely naive about the really world. She didn't get elected based on her IQ. She got elected based on her charisma. And that's what's propelling her forward. No different than SJL or any other grade A idiot in Congress. And sadly the place is full of them.

Because the country is full to the brim with LIV, unable to think critically or even think for themselves at all, that only get their information from NBC/CBS/ABC.

Her social media presence is way above her political weight class right now. I wonder what the NYC machine will make of her. The jab that there was a long list of people waiting for the congressional seat is pretty real. The ghosts of Tammany Hall in NYC still have a lot of sway at the local level and she did jump the queue by catching everyone off guard in their primary. She may very well get a hard core challenge from her own party in 18 months if she doesn't learn to play politics. And she's too busy playing social activist instead of cultivating political chips.
