So does everybody else who's ever been subject to a federal criminal investigation or indictment.

The mere fact that a person or company has been named in a federal criminal investigation can destroy them financially and economically for years, even if the government eventually decide not to file charges.

It's one of the great injustices in our system that no one seems to care about.

Winds up being one of the biggest fallacies of the no bail movement. Fine, turn the poor folks back on the street. While their felony charge for a violent crime is pending, they are likely without a home, the inability to get a job at most all places of gainful employment. So guess what, you get the individuals committing more crime.

Bail is intended specifically for people of means as in order to make bail you have to put significant assets on the line as enticement for you to show back up.

Internal emails prove these clowns actually knew the Alfa Bank BS was a "red herring"
Quote:

Internal emails reveal the Clinton operatives knew the links they made between Trump and Russia were "weak," even describing them as a "red herring," but fed them to investigators anyway.

Correct answer. This was an attempted coup. Only one appropriate punishment for treason of that sort.

Everyone subjected to that treatment should automatically be found innocent due to the justice department's and court's violation of the sixth amendment. If someone loses live, liberty, and property because a court drags on a case, the intent of the sixth amendment obviously is violated.

So these people, tech executives, are victims? Seems like the same old playbook these reprehensible leftist liars use continually.

He will have plenty of opportunity to demonstrate how wrong Durham is in court. Only reason to send the letter is to try the case in public first. If he believed he had a good defense against it, he wouldn't be previewing it for Durham in a letter.

Sussman's attorney's seeding the clouds through the MSM trying to motivate public opinion in their favor to try and intimidate the prosecution. Weak sauce IMHO, but they are likely running out of options.

These bast8rds are desperate to try and legitimize Christopher Steele in any way they can. This is massive cover for the CLinton connection. But I have a sneaky suspicion John Durham is going to have the last say.

I sense a great deal of suicidal level depression in Durham's key team members if they get too close to the Clinton connection.

Durham is the best of the best and Johnny Ratcliff ( Trump's DNI ) gave Durham a treasure trove of documents which will hopefully be enough to build an iron clad case to put some of these scumbags in prison .

Danchenko is a very key piece to this puzzle. He's not new in all of this because early in Barry's first term in May 2009, the FBI opened a preliminary investigation into Danchenko after he had told two of his lackies from Brookings that he knew of a way they could "make a little extra money" if they were able to "get a job in the government and had access to classified information." The investigation was subsequently upgraded from preliminary to a full blown deal once the idiots at the FBI figured out that Danchenko had prior contacts with Russian intelligence officers in 2005 and 2006. But then all of a sudden the FBI's investigation into Danchenko was closed in March 2011 because election time was rolling around for Barry to keep his Job and Holder put the kibosh on the investigation and Danchenko was back to business as normal. Danchenko is not just some low level actor in this deal.
